- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall consumer experience for PepsiCo products.
- Lead a team of individuals and provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of innovative and high-quality experiences.
- Oversee the design and execution of consumer research and surveys to gather insights and inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to support the successful execution of consumer experience initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve and innovate the consumer experience.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador and champion of the consumer experience within the organization.
- Set and track KPIs to measure the success of consumer experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to consumer experience.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on consumer experience initiatives and recommend strategic actions.
