Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager of End to End Consumer Experience to join our team and lead the charge in creating seamless and exceptional experiences for our customers. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the consumer journey, from initial contact to final purchase, and beyond.   1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall consumer experience for PepsiCo products.
  2. Lead a team of individuals and provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences.
  3. Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of innovative and high-quality experiences.
  6. Oversee the design and execution of consumer research and surveys to gather insights and inform decision-making.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to support the successful execution of consumer experience initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve and innovate the consumer experience.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and champion of the consumer experience within the organization.
  11. Set and track KPIs to measure the success of consumer experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to consumer experience.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on consumer experience initiatives and recommend strategic actions.
