Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for an experienced, motivated Pilot Plant Manager to join our team and lead our pilot plant operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a pilot plant or food production setting. They must also have proven experience managing a team, developing and executing operational plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They must be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
