  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential plant diseases and create effective prevention and treatment strategies.
  2. Monitor and assess the health and productivity of PepsiCo's plants, including conducting regular inspections and collecting samples for testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated pest management plans to mitigate plant diseases.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in plant pathology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into PepsiCo's disease management strategies.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management, plant managers, and external partners, in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs for plant employees on disease prevention and management strategies.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records of plant diseases, treatments, and outcomes using relevant software and tools.
  8. Collaborate with external partners, such as universities and research institutions, to conduct joint research projects and share knowledge and best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations and guidelines while conducting disease management activities.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve PepsiCo's disease management procedures and protocols to enhance plant health and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Plant Pathology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Plant Disease Management And Research

  • Knowledge Of Various Plant Pathogens And Their Control Methods

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, As Well As Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
