In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.   1. Lead and manage all aspects of PepsiCo's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects.
  2. Ensure successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions within specified timelines and budgets.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
  5. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  6. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and status updates to ensure project milestones are met.
  9. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to PepsiCo's IT policies and procedures.
  10. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, and act as a subject matter expert for PLM technology.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the PLM project lifecycle.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of PLM industry trends and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into project plans and strategies.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM solutions with other systems and applications.
  14. Mentor and coach junior project team members, and provide guidance to other departments on PLM-related matters.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM project team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Software Development Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems And Processes

  • Experience With Agile Methodology And Project Management Tools Such As Jira

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
