Experience In Warehouse Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (Fmcg) Company. This Experience Should Include Managing Warehouse Processes, Inventory Control, And Logistics.
Knowledge Of Production Processes: The Production Warehouse Site Readiness Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes, Including Production Planning, Scheduling, And Quality Control. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Ensuring The Warehouse Site Is Ready To Support Production Operations.
Project Management Skills: This Role Will Involve Overseeing The Preparation Of The Warehouse Site For Production, Which Will Require Excellent Project Management Skills. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Resources To Ensure Timely Completion Of Projects.
