Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Fleet Manager Designate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all fleet operations and processes within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fleet management and possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related field• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, operations, or related field• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Proficiency in fleet maintenance software and systems• Working knowledge of DOT and other relevant regulations• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenIf you have the qualifications and know-how to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
