
Region Quality Food Safety Manager

We are seeking a passionate, highly-talented Region Quality Food Safety Manager to join our team and help us take quality and safety to the next level.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a quality or food safety role. They should also be knowledgeable in HACCP, GFSI, and regulatory food safety requirements. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and safety plans for PepsiCo products.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review existing products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality and safety systems including HACCP, GFSI, and regulatory food safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality and safety standards and processes.
- Develop and provide training to ensure employees understand and comply with safety and quality guidelines.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any quality or safety issues that arise.
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure products meet required standards.
- Monitor and review industry trends and advances in order to develop new safety and quality strategies.
- Provide recommendations on processes and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science
