  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve targets for PepsiCo's brands within the assigned district.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make informed decisions.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure their success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, systems, and overall efficiency within the sales team.
  11. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
