Senior Industrial Designer

PepsiCo is currently looking for an experienced and creative Senior Industrial Designer to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will be required to develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing packaging solutions for our products. They must possess a passion for design, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, the Senior Industrial Designer will be responsible for interpreting customer needs and translating them into effective packaging solutions that reflect the brand identity while meeting the cost and production requirements. The Senior Industrial Designer will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. They must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, it is essential that the Senior Industrial Designer have at least five years of experience in industrial design, along with an advanced degree in industrial design or a related field. They must also have a deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, product safety and environmental regulations. A working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software is also required.
