  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of learning and development professionals to create and deliver high-quality training programs that support the development of employees at all levels of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design programs that address those needs, including both technical and soft skills development.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to leverage resources and expertise for training initiatives.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into training strategies and programs.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging employee participation in training opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional development goals.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on learning and development initiatives and their impact on the organization's performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to learning and development, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Identify and implement innovative and effective learning and development tools and technologies to enhance the training experience.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into overall talent management strategies.
  14. Serve as a role model for the organization's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Learning And Development: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Learning And Development Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, Learning & Development, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate The Team.

  • Knowledge Of Learning Methodologies And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Learning Methodologies And Tools, Including E-Learning, Classroom Training, Virtual Learning, And Gamification. They Should Also Have Experience In Selecting And Implementing Appropriate Learning Tools To Meet Organizational Objectives.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing The Learning And Development Strategy For The Organization. They Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Training Needs And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Possess Strong Presentation Skills To Deliver Training Programs And Engage With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
