1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo's business processes and objectives in order to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and architect scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with PepsiCo's current and future business needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or challenges.
9. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture and best practices, providing guidance and training to team members and business users.
10. Continuously assess and improve PepsiCo's Salesforce architecture, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
11. Drive innovation and transformation within the organization by identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance PepsiCo's Salesforce capabilities.
12. Mentor and coach junior architects and developers to help them grow and develop their skills.
13. Adhere to all security and compliance standards and ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in a secure and compliant manner.
14. Collaborate with other architects and IT teams to ensure overall alignment and consistency with PepsiCo's enterprise architecture.
15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent PepsiCo's values and culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
