  1. Lead and manage complex technology programs for PepsiCo, ensuring successful execution and delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  6. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  7. Drive innovation and leverage emerging technologies to enhance program delivery and business outcomes.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on program status, progress, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve program management processes and strategies.
  11. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities.
  12. Collaborate with other program managers and project teams to ensure alignment and support for cross-functional initiatives.
  13. Represent PepsiCo and promote the company's values and culture in all interactions and communications.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on technical program management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Technical Projects And Programs, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Or Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Ability To Drive Agile Transformation Within Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting Key Performance Indicators.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions To Drive Business Growth And Improve Operational Efficiency.
