Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Leadership Position Focused On Transformation And Change Management In A Large Multinational Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Transformation Initiatives, Resulting In Significant Business Growth And Improved Operational Efficiency.
Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Long-Term Transformation Plans Aligned With Company Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
