As the Manager of End User Computer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and support of all end user computer systems across our organization. Oversee the maintenance and support of all end user computer systems within the organization.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient and effective management of end user computer systems.
Lead a team of technical support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely and quality resolution of end user issues.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address end user needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze end user computer system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective support and maintenance of end user systems.
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in end user technology, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards related to end user computer systems.
Prepare and present reports and updates on the status of end user computer systems to upper management.
Foster a customer-focused culture within the end user support team, promoting a high level of service and satisfaction for all end users.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing End User Computer Systems In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Used In End User Computing, Including Windows And Mac Operating Systems.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing It Policies And Procedures Related To End User Computing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of End User Support Technicians.
