Operate soybean crushing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor and adjust machinery settings to ensure proper crushing and processing of soybeans.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow established quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
Maintain accurate records of production and communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient production.
Continuously monitor the production process to identify and troubleshoot any potential issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote food safety and sanitation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in soybean processing techniques.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Soybean Processing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Soybean Processing Industry, Including The Various Stages Of Crushing And Refining.
Mechanical Aptitude: The Soy Crush Operator Will Be Responsible For Operating And Maintaining Complex Crushing Equipment. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Mechanical Skills And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment As Needed.
