We are looking for an experienced and driven Asset Manager to join the PGIM Real Estate team. The Asset Manager will be responsible for the successful management of a portfolio of assets in the real estate sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and the ability to identify new opportunities. They should also be organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A successful Asset Manager will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with stakeholders, and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a similar role. A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies for a portfolio of real estate assets.
- Analyze market data and identify new opportunities for investments.
- Manage the financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders.
- Monitor asset performance and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Research and recommend potential investments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the real estate industry.
