Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Asset Manager to join the PGIM Real Estate team. The Asset Manager will be responsible for the successful management of a portfolio of assets in the real estate sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and the ability to identify new opportunities. They should also be organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A successful Asset Manager will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with stakeholders, and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a similar role. A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of assets and a track record of successfully negotiating contracts are also required.If you are an experienced, results-driven professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies for a portfolio of real estate assets.
  2. Analyze market data and identify new opportunities for investments.
  3. Manage the financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor asset performance and maintain accurate records.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  8. Research and recommend potential investments.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
  10. Comply with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the real estate industry.
