Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of properties and investments, providing leadership to ensure the assets’ long-term success.
2. Develop strategic plans for the management of the portfolio of assets, making sure to stay abreast of market trends and changes.
3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify and evaluate risks and opportunities for the portfolio.
4. Develop and implement strategies for asset management and operational improvements.
5. Negotiate and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
6. Develop and maintain accurate records of asset performance and financial information.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Identify and evaluate potential new investments.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to support team members in achieving objectives.
