- Manage and oversee the investment operations of PGIM Real Estate's global real estate portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, asset management, and portfolio management, to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Conduct due diligence on potential real estate investments and prepare investment proposals for senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and forecast future returns of real estate investments.
- Prepare and present investment performance reports to senior management and investors.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to real estate investments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of investment operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations for investment decisions.
- Mentor and train junior team members and provide guidance on investment operations processes and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Operations Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis.
Familiarity With Real Estate Industry And Investment Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Manage A Team Effectively.
