Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who is highly motivated, organized, and has a passion for real estate and the development process. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the development process and be adept at problem-solving, budgeting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.The Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development process from concept to completion, including land acquisition, entitlement, budgeting, and construction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate development industry as well as a passion for creating successful projects. The right individual should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to effectively manage a team.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (real estate, urban planning, architecture, construction management, etc.)• 5+ years of experience in real estate development• Proven track record of successful development projects• Knowledge of the development process, from concept to completion• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
