Job Description

At PGIM Real Estate, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Development Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The Development Manager will be a key leader responsible for the development and implementation of our real estate projects. Our ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of real estate development, from land acquisition and entitlement to construction and asset management. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with strong organizational and leadership skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on our projects and business.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in real estate development, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. He/she should have a deep knowledge of the development process, including land acquisition, zoning and permitting, construction management, and asset management. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing and executing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Finally, this individual should have a commitment to excellence, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure success for PGIM Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and implementation of real estate projects.
  2. Conduct land acquisition, zoning, and permitting for projects.
  3. Manage construction and asset management processes.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ensure excellence and success for PGIM Real Estate.
  7. Stay up-to-date with relevant trends in the real estate industry.
  8. Monitor budget and timeline of projects.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, such as investors, contractors, and vendors.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members.
