- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and processes to support the overall goals and objectives of PGIM Real Estate.
- Lead a team of business intelligence professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that leverage business intelligence tools and techniques.
- Regularly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used in business intelligence processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate business intelligence findings and key performance indicators.
- Manage and optimize business intelligence systems and tools to support efficient and effective data analysis.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of business intelligence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise, data, and tools to enhance PGIM Real Estate's business intelligence capabilities.
- Represent PGIM Real Estate in industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and promoting the organization's business intelligence initiatives.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Director Of Business Intelligence At Pgim Real Estate Should Possess Exceptional Analytical Skills To Effectively Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights And Trends. This Includes Proficiency In Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Techniques.
Leadership And Team Management: As A Senior-Level Position, A Director Of Business Intelligence Is Expected To Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team. This Includes Setting Strategic Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Knowledge Of Real Estate Industry: Pgim Real Estate Is A Leading Global Real Estate Investment Firm, And As Such, The Director Of Business Intelligence Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Real Estate Market And Industry Trends. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Asset Classes, Investment Strategies, And Market Dynamics.
Experience With Bi Tools And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Various Business Intelligence Tools And Techniques, Such As Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Visualization Tools. Experience With Specific Bi Tools Used At Pgim Real Estate, Such As Tableau And Microstrategy, Is A Plus.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: A Director Of Business Intelligence At Pgim Real Estate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
