  1. Manage and report on fixed income investment portfolios for PGIM Real Estate clients.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate billing processes for fixed income investments.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate AUM (assets under management) reporting for fixed income portfolios.
  4. Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for billing and reporting purposes.
  5. Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in billing and AUM reporting to ensure accuracy.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues related to fixed income billing and AUM reporting.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to fixed income investments, billing, and reporting.
  8. Provide support to senior management in making strategic decisions related to fixed income investments.
  9. Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, legal, and compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Utilize strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve any errors in billing or reporting.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline billing and reporting processes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
  13. Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members on fixed income billing and AUM reporting processes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on fixed income investments and related billing and reporting processes for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fixed Income Billing And Aum Reporting, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Reporting Principles And Procedures, Specifically Related To Fixed Income Investments.

  • Experience With Investment Management Systems And Billing Platforms, Such As Investran Or Yardi, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Billing And Aum Reporting.
