Job Description

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote PGIM Real Estate and its investment opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective marketing plans.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  4. Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  5. Monitor and track marketing performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
  8. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and channels.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
  10. Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  11. Coordinate and execute events and conferences to promote PGIM Real Estate and its offerings.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and represent PGIM Real Estate at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and objectives.
  14. Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  15. Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence to increase online visibility and engagement.
  16. Ensure all marketing efforts are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  17. Conduct market research and analyze data to maintain a deep understanding of the real estate investment industry.
  18. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote PGIM Real Estate and its services.
  19. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the marketing team.
  20. Represent the company's values and mission in all external communications and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Advertising, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, And Event Marketing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
