We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Managing Director of Consultant Relations. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our key external consultant partners, ultimately driving the growth and success of our business. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a proven track record in building and managing successful consultant relationships.   1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for consultant relations to support the growth and success of the business.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external consultant partners, including conducting regular meetings and communication.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to understand and address the needs of our consultant partners.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations and materials to effectively communicate our investment solutions and value proposition to consultants.
  6. Act as a liaison between PGIM Real Estate and consultant partners, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or issues.
  7. Manage and maintain a database of consultant contacts and interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to support consultant-related sales efforts and contribute to the achievement of business goals.
  9. Represent PGIM Real Estate at industry events and conferences, networking with consultant partners and promoting our brand and offerings.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  11. Monitor and track consultant partner satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop relevant and impactful consultant-specific content and materials.
  13. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to consultant relationships and ensure adherence.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Financial Services Industry: A Managing Director, Consultant Relations At Pgim Real Estate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Particularly In The Real Estate Sector. This Includes Knowledge Of Investment Strategies, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: The Role Of A Managing Director, Consultant Relations Is To Develop And Maintain Relationships With External Consultants And Institutional Clients. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Build And Foster These Relationships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: Pgim Real Estate Is A Highly Reputable And Competitive Company In The Real Estate Industry. As Such, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Success In A Similar Role, With A Strong Portfolio Of Satisfied Clients And Successful Partnerships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Real Estate Investment Products: Pgim Real Estate Offers A Wide Range Of Investment Products, Including Private Equity, Debt, And Securities. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Products And Their Unique Features, As Well As Experience In Promoting And Recommending Them To Clients.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Managing Director, Consultant Relations, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants And Client Relationship Managers.
