Market Research Associate

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Market Research Associate to join the PGIM Real Estate (PRE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to inform business decisions. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative research techniques and market analysis to provide strategic insights to the business on current and future trends.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in market research. They possess a keen eye for detail, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively present and communicate findings to multiple levels of the organization. A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Use qualitative and quantitative research techniques to develop comprehensive market research projects.
2. Gather and interpret data to inform business decisions.
3. Develop an understanding of current and future market trends.
4. Analyze market data and present findings to multiple levels of the organization.
5. Generate reports, dashboards, and other documents to support decision-making processes.
6. Monitor industry developments and changes in order to identify potential opportunities and threats.
7. Utilize a variety of sources and information systems to collect, analyze, and report market data.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and research methods.
10. Provide training and support to junior research staff.
