Valuation Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Analyst to join our team at PGIM Real Estate. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your analytical and research skills to provide comprehensive valuations of real estate investments. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals across a variety of asset classes and geographies.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in real estate and the willingness to learn quickly. An understanding of financial modeling and a background in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
