Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Valid And Current Cma Certification, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Proficiency In Medical Assisting.

  • Experience In Urology: Prior Experience Working In An Outpatient Urology Setting Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specific Procedures, Equipment, And Protocols Involved In Urology Care.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are A Must For This Role As The Cma Will Be Interacting With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Group Of People Is Crucial.

  • Attention To Detail: Working In A Fast-Paced Outpatient Urology Clinic Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. The Cma Will Be Responsible For Accurately Documenting Patient Information, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Procedures, Making Attention To Detail A Crucial Qualification.

  • Ability To Multitask: The Cma Will Be Responsible For A Variety Of Tasks, Including Patient Intake, Scheduling Appointments, And Maintaining Medical Records. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Multitask To Ensure That All Responsibilities Are Completed In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
