1. Develop and implement childbirth education curriculum for expectant parents.
2. Conduct group and individual classes to educate expectant parents on pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

4. Guide and support expectant parents in creating birth plans that align with their preferences and values.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for expectant parents.
6. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in childbirth education.
7. Create a safe and supportive environment for expectant parents to ask questions and express concerns.
8. Utilize effective communication skills to effectively convey information and address any concerns or questions from expectant parents.
9. Provide emotional support and guidance to expectant parents as they navigate the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of classes and participant progress.
11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
12. Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a seamless transition from childbirth education to labor and delivery.
13. Act as a resource for expectant parents throughout their pregnancy journey.
14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Piedmont Healthcare.
