As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support.   1. Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner as they arrive for appointments.
  2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, including personal and medical information.
  4. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  5. Answer phone calls and respond to emails from patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  6. Handle patient inquiries and requests with a high level of customer service.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  9. Follow all privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
  10. Notify appropriate staff of any urgent or emergency situations.
  11. Monitor and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  12. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and address any concerns.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Attend training and meetings as required by the company.
