  1. Provide exceptional respiratory therapy care to patients, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  2. Serve as a leader and mentor to a team of respiratory therapists, guiding and supporting them in providing high-quality care to patients.
  3. Demonstrate a strong passion for helping others and a deep understanding of respiratory treatment protocols and techniques.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field.

  • Active And Unrestricted State Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Respiratory Therapist In A Healthcare Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Current And Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care.

  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Respiratory Therapists.
