- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed and report any major issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

- Coordinate with other departments and staff to schedule maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
