  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
  4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed and report any major issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  6. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and staff to schedule maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to suggest improvements and cost-saving measures.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of HVAC system upgrades and installations.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all company cleanliness standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other healthcare staff.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new technologies and techniques related to HVAC maintenance.
  13. Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures and uphold the organization's mission and values.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
