  1. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
  2. Respond to emergency HVAC repair requests in a timely manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues.
  4. Repair or replace faulty or damaged HVAC components.
  5. Monitor HVAC systems for potential problems and address them proactively.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
  9. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Keep track of HVAC inventory and order necessary supplies as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for HVAC maintenance.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to patients, employees, and visitors by maintaining a comfortable and functional environment.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Piedmont Healthcare positively.
  15. Assist with other maintenance tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hvac Maintenance And Repair

  • Knowledge Of Electrical And Plumbing Systems

  • Certification In Hvac Or Related Field Preferred
