12. Maintain a strong spiritual foundation and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
13. Be available for on-call shifts and respond promptly to emergency requests for spiritual support.
14. Collaborate with community resources and religious organizations to enhance the spiritual support services offered by the hospital.
