- Provide advanced respiratory care to patients undergoing interventional procedures, such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and lung biopsy.
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' response to treatments and adjust as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements and techniques in respiratory care, and incorporate them into practice when appropriate.
- Provide support and guidance to other respiratory therapy staff, including students and new hires.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist In The State Of Georgia.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Respiratory Therapist, Preferably In An Interventional Setting.
Certification In Bls, Acls, And Pals.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
