- Provide exceptional care to patients and their families in the emergency department setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress, and report any changes to the medical team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards for patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Keep current with advancements in emergency nursing practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in continuing education and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Georgia.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Setting.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications.
Strong Critical Thinking, Decision-Making, And Communication Skills.
