  1. Maintain and repair plumbing systems at Piedmont Healthcare facilities.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of plumbers to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to identify and address any issues.
  4. Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while completing plumbing tasks.
  6. Communicate with facility managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  7. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new techniques in plumbing.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff while on the job.
  10. Respond to emergency plumbing situations and provide quick and effective solutions.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute plumbing projects.
  13. Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment and request replacements as needed.
  14. Train new plumbers and provide ongoing training for current team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Plumbing Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Plumbing Systems And Equipment, Including Installation, Repair, And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints And Diagrams.

  • Possession Of A Valid And Current Plumbing License From The State Of Georgia.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Train A Team Of Plumbers.
