  1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Plan and coordinate plumbing projects, including estimating materials and labor costs.
  4. Train and mentor junior plumbers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials to ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure plumbing work is completed efficiently and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the safety and functionality of plumbing systems.
  8. Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and progress updates.
  9. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As A Professional Plumber, With A Focus On Commercial Or Healthcare Facilities.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Plumbing Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Drawings.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Plumbing Systems.
