1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing emotional, social, and psychological concerns.
3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement patient care plans.

14. Develop and facilitate support groups for patients and families.
