  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the outpatient surgery setting.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Coordinate and deliver comprehensive care to patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  4. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes or concerns.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and self-management techniques.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Uphold the organization's values of integrity, excellence, compassion, and teamwork in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  14. Handle difficult or complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
  15. Serve as a role model for other nurses and healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Georgia

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Outpatient Surgery Setting

  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Patient Care Protocols
