  1. Decontaminate and sterilize medical equipment according to established procedures and protocols.
  2. Inspect and assemble surgical instruments and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all processed equipment and supplies.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sterile equipment.
  5. Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards to prevent cross-contamination.
  7. Keep work area clean and orderly to maintain a sterile environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Sterile Processing Technician (Cspdt) Or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (Crcst) Credential From An Accredited Organization.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Sterile Processing Or Central Supply Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Infection Control And Sterilization Procedures, As Well As Familiarity With Medical Terminology, Equipment, And Supplies.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Written Instructions And Protocols Accurately.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment While Maintaining A Positive And Professional Attitude.
