Facility Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a facilities setting, managing a variety of tasks and interacting with vendors and contractors. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and guests.
3. Maintain positive experience for those who use Procore Technologies’ spaces.
4. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
5. Monitor, inspect, and maintain facility equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
6. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.
7. Ensure that facility policies and procedures are followed.
8. Remain up to date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of facility-related programs.
10. Track and maintain accurate records of facility inventory and services.
