At Procore Technologies, we are looking for an Office Operations Specialist to join our team and help us create an efficient, productive, and inviting work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will be a true team player, with the ability to think on their feet and problem solve independently.This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate must have great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an office operations role, and a working knowledge of office management systems and software. Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about making a positive impact on the work environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and communication.
  3. Manage office systems and software, including tracking inventory, ordering new supplies, and updating records.
  4. Actively troubleshoot and problem-solve any office issues that arise.
  5. Assist in the onboarding of new employees, setting up their workstations, and providing orientation.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve office efficiency.
  7. Monitor and track all office expenses and budgets.
  8. Create and maintain a safe, secure, and inviting office environment.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
