
Continuing Medical Education Coordinator

- Develop and implement continuing medical education (CME) programs in accordance with accreditation standards and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop relevant content.
- Manage all aspects of CME activities, including planning, promotion, registration, logistics, evaluation, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, including but not limited to ACCME, ANCC, and ACPE.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of CME activities, including attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals regarding CME requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CME to continuously improve and enhance the program.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing CME participation and engagement.
- Assist in the development and management of the CME budget.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on CME activities and solicit feedback for improvement.
- Participate in the planning and execution of CME conferences, workshops, and other educational events.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation to accrediting bodies.
- Monitor and analyze CME data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of educational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of CME coordination.
- Represent the organization at conferences and meetings related to CME and accreditation.
- Train and mentor new staff members and volunteers involved in CME coordination.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to CME and continuing education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CME programs.
- Facilitate the resolution of any issues or concerns related to CME activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the CME program to ensure it meets the needs of healthcare professionals and aligns with
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Coordinating And Managing Continuing Medical Education (Cme) Programs.
Knowledge Of Accreditation Standards And Regulations Related To Cme, Such As Accme, Ama, And Aafp.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Programs And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers, Administrators, And Regulatory Bodies.
