- Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on students' development and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events.
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines for early childhood education.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student progress.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students, promoting good behavior and social skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the program.
- Continuously evaluate and reflect on teaching practices to make necessary adjustments for the benefit of students.
- Ensure the health and safety of all students at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or A Related Field
State-Issued Teaching Certification/License For Early Childhood Education
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Young Children In A Classroom Setting
Knowledge Of Child Development Theories And Best Practices In Early Childhood Education
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Parents, Colleagues, And Other Professionals.
