Medical Degree: A Qualified Candidate For An Interventional Pulmonologist Position At Providence St. Joseph Health Should Hold A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Residency And Fellowship Training: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Residency Program In Internal Medicine And A Fellowship Program In Pulmonary And Critical Care Medicine.
Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Pulmonary Disease And Critical Care Medicine By The American Board Of Internal Medicine (Abim).
Interventional Pulmonology Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Advanced Skills And Experience In Diagnostic And Therapeutic Interventions Related To Pulmonary Diseases, Such As Bronchoscopy, Thoracentesis, And Pleural Biopsy.
