On-Call Chiropractor
Are you a highly skilled and compassionate chiropractor looking for a flexible opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking an On-Call Chiropractor to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a per diem basis, providing coverage for our regular chiropractors as needed. We are looking for someone with a strong background in chiropractic care, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently. - Conduct chiropractic assessments and provide individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize a variety of techniques to manipulate and adjust patients' spinal columns and other joints.
- Educate patients on proper posture, stretching exercises, and other lifestyle changes to improve their overall health.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and advancements in the field of chiropractic care.
- Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect.
- Work independently and efficiently, managing own schedule and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through ongoing education and professional development.
Valid Chiropractic License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Current License To Practice Chiropractic Medicine In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Minimum Education Requirement: A Doctor Of Chiropractic (Dc) Degree From An Accredited Chiropractic School Is Required For This Position.
Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Chiropractor Is Preferred. Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is A Plus.
Availability For On-Call Shifts: The Candidate Must Be Available To Work On-Call Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Establish Rapport And Trust With Patients.
