  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

  6. Work closely with insurance companies to negotiate and secure proper reimbursement for services provided.

  9. Collaborate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry changes and advancements.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns from patients and insurance companies in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all interactions.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the reimbursement process.
  15. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Medical Billing And Reimbursement.

  • Proficiency In Healthcare Coding Systems Such As Icd-10, Cpt, And Hcpcs.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Reimbursement.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data.
