  1. Oversee the distribution of medical supplies and equipment to various departments within the organization.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  3. Monitor and track supply orders to ensure timely delivery and prevent stock shortages.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address supply needs and concerns.
  5. Train and supervise junior supply technicians to ensure efficient and accurate distribution practices.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized central supply area to ensure the safety and sterility of supplies.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling and distributing supplies.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues with orders or deliveries.
  9. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply distribution processes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to supply distribution.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of supplies throughout the organization.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize supply distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Central Supply Or Materials Management Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Distribution Systems, Preferably Experience With Lawson Software.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Mentor Staff, And Make Decisions Independently.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, With Additional Education Or Certification In Materials Management Or Related Field Preferred.
