1. Provide expert care to patients with end-stage renal disease through transplant medicine.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
3. Conduct thorough evaluations of potential transplant candidates and determine their eligibility for transplant surgery.
4. Manage and monitor patients post-transplant, including addressing any complications or issues that may arise.
5. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of transplant medicine.
7. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
8. Educate patients and their families on the transplant process, including pre- and post-operative care.
