  1. Oversee the financial reporting process to ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
  2. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations.
  3. Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals.
  4. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision making.
  6. Monitor and manage the hospital's budget and financial performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Is Essential For A Manager Accounting, Statutory Reporting Role.

  • Cpa Certification: Having A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Accounting And Financial Reporting.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Accounting Or Financial Reporting: Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Important In Order To Effectively Manage And Oversee The Statutory Reporting Process.

  • Knowledge Of Gaap And Statutory Reporting Requirements: A Thorough Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Statutory Reporting Regulations Is Necessary To Ensure Accurate And Compliant Financial Reporting.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Financial Data, Identify Trends, And Troubleshoot Any Discrepancies Is Crucial For A Manager Accounting, Statutory Reporting To Effectively Manage Financial Reporting Processes.
